Safitri is a highly accomplished and globally recognized CX leader with 20+ years of experience. She currently holds the position of Group Corporate Transformation Leader – CEO Office in Telkom Indonesia. Prior to her current role, Safitri served as the Head of Digital Vertical Ecosystem Education where she responsible for the priority ecosystem vertical development and as DEVP CX & Digitization where she spearheaded the CX transformation and as CMO of telkomtelstra, a joint venture company of Telkom Indonesia and Telstra Australia, where she played a key role in driving the company’s marketing strategies and initiatives. Safitri is also a renowned international speaker and actively participated in industry associations such as ACIOA, ICXP, ICSF, and IBS.

She spoke in many international forums including Telco AI Summit Europe in London, TM Forum Digital Transformation World in France, Digital World Summit in Singapore, and other international forums and summits in Brunei, Thailand, and Malaysia. Sri has been awarded a number of prizes and honours such as the Top Global CX Leaders 2020, an Regional Executive Leadership Award in 2018, Women Leadership Award in 2017, and Most Influential Brand Leaders Award in 2016.
